On Air Fest began in 2017 as an idea to create a dedicated gathering for the podcasting world and grew into one of audio culture’s most recognized live platforms. As Co-Founder and Creative Director, I shaped the brand from the ground up across identity, tone, programming language, partner experiences, and the audience journey that carried it across a decade.
The work went beyond event design. From visual systems and stage environments to sponsor activations and community rituals, the goal was to build a brand that felt as alive as the medium it celebrated. The result was a living creative platform that grew alongside the podcast industry itself.
